Convert Bugs

If you are experiencing a problem with Convert , please send an email to programs@structware.com with the information outlined in the Bug Submittal section below. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

You can also send suggestions or requests for enhancement to the same email address listed above.

Bug Submittal

When you submit your bug report, please include the following information.

1. Software name and version
2. Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, etc.)
3. Description of the problem
4. Your name and contact information

Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our users in the Known Problems section of this page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.
